Okay, so I made this "tuna salad" for lunch because I am suffering from broke student syndrome and I only have a few things I can pick and choose from.
Here is the delicious food:
It was probably the easiest thing I've ever made.
To make it:
Cut up 3 onion stalks (not the round ones)
Cut up an avacodo
Put a cup of tuna in the bowl with all these ingredients
Mush it all together (especially the tuna and avacodao)
Add some pepper and other spices you like.
Even for you people who really hate tuna...you might be able to down this! I hardly notice the tuna taste.
I don't know how many calories are in it, but I know an avacodo are like 200, and 1 can of tuna is 170...so you can assume that this is less than 400 cals. But it is all super heart healthy fats and takes great. And you don't use the extra calories you might if you needed to add condiments!
